Madden 24 “redeemed” on EA.com/redeem can’t find on Xbox series S

I bought madden 24 deluxe edition Xbox series s/x on Amazon where I was given a code to redeem. Everything seemed to work at first I even got the screen the said “redeemed” but when I checked my Xbox...
