Madden 24 - Don’t have X Factor/Abilities in game

I've been having the exact same issue, it's becoming incredibly annoying 

No matter what mode I play I can’t use the X factors or abilities, it shows they have them but the players have nothing below there feet like they normally would. I’ve tried deleting the game, in franchise I’ve tried firing my coordinators and rehiring them. Even in normal team practice in the main menu when I load in they don’t have there ability’s.

Me and my buddy have an offline franchise and when I press R2 I can’t see the x-factors. Co-op play

when you dont have any x factors on you cant change any of your superstar abilities that you have on , why????

Having an issue where I have 3 Superstar X-Factors on my offense, but only 2 are active in the game. Is anyone else having this issue? I thought you could have 3 active at once on either side of the ball?

Same here. I have Jamar chase, Kelce and Lamar Jackson, and only chase and Kelce show x factor abilities. Doesn't matter what I change Jackson's too, he never has it available. Even after hiring a new OC, even though the old one had the xfactor skill as well. 

I have the same issue and it’s so annoying! Why is this not fixed! EA PLEASE HELP!

Any word on how to fix X-factor issue
