madden 24 : Not receiving twitch drops or Xbox game pass perks.

Hello. Recently Ive gotten into madden 24 ultimate team with some of my friends. First, I tried to redeem a free code for the Xbox game pass perks for a supercharge pack or whatever it's called, and it has never come to my account. This was like 2 weeks ago. Second, I thought maybe it was just a glitch, so I watched some of the twitch streams to get the drops. These have also never got added to my account. I've inked my EA with my twitch. Is there anything I can do to get these packs?
