I had the same problem which started last night. I am transitioning to a new computer that I just built, and Madden 24 ran fine on my old build which had the recommended requirements (far less superior to my new build).
Last night I was playing and in the 2nd qtr, the game kicked me out to the my desktop. I didn't think anything of it, so I restarted the game. I resumed the game and as I was closing in on half time when the game completely crashed, and I got the BSOD.
At this point, I was freaking out since I just built the computer last week and this was the first time that it BSOD. Now I noticed a few people have posted who either have a 30 series graphics card and/or a i-9 cpu. At this point, I am far too paranoid to try playing this game again but I do feel a little better than it may be an issue within the game and not my pc build.
My Specs
i-9 1100k (It is overclocked)
3070 ti (EVGA)
64 gb ram
Running on Windows 11 as well
Well, made it through 4 quarters but had a black screen with audio to start Overtime so I closed it out via Task Manager.
Was hoping the new patch maybe fixed things but happy I didn't get the Blue screen of death this time around at least.
Ran Madden 23 the other day with no issues as well.
Moved Madden 24 from my M.2. Boot drive to my internal SSD drive this time around too.
