Madden 24 community files loading forever

• Which platform are you playing on?

Just get a loading at bottom right corner of screen and NEVER loads

Again been over a month

It has been all community files for me for over a month. I have tried uninstalling game, deleting local data, and all the other fixes I could find. Nothing works. It simply never loads any files and shows “please wait” in the bottom right hand corner.

I noticed it with the draft class community files in franchise mode but it does it with all the community files.

for me happening when i try to go into the files screen to download community files and also when i try to go into franchise invites it’s just loads as well

Anytime I try to get into community files, my game sits in a loading screen. Been this way since the game dropped.

All Madden share files not working, continuous loading screen 

I’m sorry but how long does it take for someone at a giant company to fix a tiny problem? This version of the game has basically been ruined for me. No point in playing the game without draft classes. It’s been almost 3 months of not playing the game I want to play.

Yes, all files and once you select Download Community Files, stays on a loading screen. The issue has been going on since October. The ticket/customer service portal is no help at all. The representatives do not provide meaningful help at all in resolving the issue. There response is always to check here but starting to get ridiculous on how long this takes

Just got a new gen console and when I go click community files it pops up the loading symbol and says please wait , it does this forever

- I try and go into the community files but it just loads forever and gives me the loading symbol in the bottom right corner.

Still happens, at least for me. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times still just loads. I have messaged customer support three different times and they have no answer. They just say everything I have already done.
