When you've got the chance can you share a few more details so we can pass the info along for a look?
- Which platform are you playing on?
- What is your Xbox Gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account?
- Is this happening with all community files, or is it only specific ones? If it's happening with specific files, can you share the name of the files with us here?

Yes, all files and once you select Download Community Files, stays on a loading screen. The issue has been going on since October. The ticket/customer service portal is no help at all. The representatives do not provide meaningful help at all in resolving the issue. There response is always to check here but starting to get ridiculous on how long this takes
