for me happening when i try to go into the files screen to download community files and also when i try to go into franchise invites it’s just loads as well

Anytime I try to get into community files, my game sits in a loading screen. Been this way since the game dropped.

All Madden share files not working, continuous loading screen 

I’m sorry but how long does it take for someone at a giant company to fix a tiny problem? This version of the game has basically been ruined for me. No point in playing the game without draft classes. It’s been almost 3 months of not playing the game I want to play. 

Did you ever find a fix? I’ve got it on my ps5 now too

• Is this happening with all community files, or is it only specific ones? If it's happening with specific files, can you share the name of the files with us here? Yes, all files and once you select Download Community Files, stays on a loading screen. The issue has been going on since October. The ticket/customer service portal is no help at all. The representatives do not provide meaningful help at all in resolving the issue. There response is always to check here but starting to get ridiculous on how long this takes

Me Too, It’s been multiple months with this Glitch/Error. Everytime I click on “Community Files” it won’t load, EA needs to take the time to listen to the community and fix this part of the game so we can actually have fun and have different experiences on there game. (Xbox Series X User)

They are useless. Billion dollar company and get get this game right after 4 months of it being out 

I’m sure there’s a .000001% chance this gets looked at and fixed, since that’s how EA has rolled for the last 10 years, but:
