Thanks for letting us know what your running into with Madden 24.
when you have a moment can we try the following steps first?
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Repair or Install the VC++ files for your game (Guide here)
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.
i have tried all of those steps and still keeps crashing on start and under crash report it gives

- EA_IlliumHi @HexLuck13, To confirm have you remove EA anticheat from your device? If not, can you confirm if you have secure boot enabled?
no i never removed ea anticheat and secure boot is enabled. I closed the game out to go to work and when i got home it no longer worked and kept getting the same error and has already been a week and can't figure out what's going on with it
