Yeah, I can set it to a default pic. However, I think there is something corrupt about the Kray44 EA account. To give more history as to why I think it's my EA account. With the XBOX One, XBOX One X, and now the XBOX X/S starting with Madden 20 -24 during H2H gameplay the game would randomly crash 2-3 times every 8 days or so. I thought the crash was due to custom playbooks but now since joining a franchise the game will not load until I drop from franchise mode and I still experiencing random drops in H2H on M24 maybe 3x since the release.

Community ManagerI agree that the issue is with your account since others work just fine. Do you happen to have a lot of people on your friends/blocked lists? You could try getting this down to less than 100 combined. We can see if that makes a difference.
