Madden 24 EA App stuck on "Preparing"

I can't pre-download madden 24 in EA App, it tells me there is an error and to try again in a few minutes but it still doesn't work

I tried to download madden 24 cause I have the early access but it's stuck on preparing download. I've cleared the cache and basically have done everything I could find online. I'd upload a pic but it keeps crashing my browser

    @pbtad2hzoy0s Will EA is big company and it split into differenet Branch. EA like for mass effect work find. EA sport some sport work find but issuse is everyone is trying download NFL24 or trying get online

      @pbtad2hzoy0s same issue still nothing for me have you found a solution tried ea chat but they wanted to cancel order and reorder said no because how would i get preorder rewards from july

        i havent ☹️ i got mine off xbox game pass so idk how theyd even do a reorder for me

      @Royons don't  think servers are an issue for downloading the game then app on pc wouldnt open becaue BF2042 updates no problem its the downloading bug or something else.
