Madden 24 EA App stuck on "Preparing"
I can't pre-download madden 24 in EA App, it tells me there is an error and to try again in a few minutes but it still doesn't work

I tried to download madden 24 cause I have the early access but it's stuck on preparing download. I've cleared the cache and basically have done everything I could find online. I'd upload a pic but it keeps crashing my browser
I am downloading madden 24 through the EA app, have early access from the EA play subscription. When trying to install it just infinitely stays on "preparing" and then gives error message. I've closed the app multiple times, restarted the install multiple times.
How can there be issue knowing how popular this franchise is. After all the screw ups you people had with last years Madden how have you found ways to outdo yourself before the game is even fully released.
I have the same issue. EA is a joke. I have been trying to preload since 8PM EST and nothing. No update from EA either. They don't care.
This is why I don't wanna spend $70 for the game. Because EA doesn't care, they only care about the money not the customers.

my assumption is that we cant download until it officially comes out on the 17th because they screwed up or something. no way im buying this game at full price if i end up having to download it on the same day everyone else gets it.
- @RyanBalls23 this isnt true. my brother is playing rn on his 10 hrs. EA is just * and doesnt care.
This is still an issue btw, tried installing today no dice.
Got in touch with ea through the chat and they couldn't do *. "you're the first person who reported this issue!" *, they just don't look at the forums apparently. What do these people get paid to do?
