Madden 24 EA App stuck on "Preparing"
I can't pre-download madden 24 in EA App, it tells me there is an error and to try again in a few minutes but it still doesn't work

I've tried everything to get this game to download and I even checked if I could download other games and they download just fine but madden 24 won't and just gets stuck on preparing
same thing happening for me idk what else to do. Paid for ea play today SOLELY for this game so idk. I’m hoping it’s just because the servers are flooded but idek.
