Madden 24 EA App stuck on "Preparing"
I can't pre-download madden 24 in EA App, it tells me there is an error and to try again in a few minutes but it still doesn't work

@GHO5T13 I had the email as well. When I click edit payment info it just spins and won't load
@xAlbinoSilver try through PC and EA order website that would happen on my phone.
