Madden 24 EA App stuck on "Preparing"
I can't pre-download madden 24 in EA App, it tells me there is an error and to try again in a few minutes but it still doesn't work

I've tried again and again for the past 16 or so hours to try to download Madden 24, but it gets stuck on preparing every time before giving me an error. I tried every solution offered by the guides made by EA, but none of them worked. I wanted to get in contact with EA, but couldn't figure out how. I didn't even purchase the game. This is simply for the 10-hour EA Play trial so I can see if I want to buy the game when it launches.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@CaptainSiDog They have disabled ALL LIVE CHAT OPTIONS regarding Madden 24. An absolute disaster of a launch and it seems as if the staff over there are just running and hiding. Only option currently is to email them.
