Madden 24 EA App stuck on "Preparing"
I can't pre-download madden 24 in EA App, it tells me there is an error and to try again in a few minutes but it still doesn't work

@DQzz-It doesn't, I've tried it a couple times and each comes up with the same result of "preparing." Made sure to restart the app and clear cache before I did it.
give this a go and lmk if it works.
This worked for me but I didn't have the download going. It also only worked when i ran EADesktop.exe as admin. I tried EALauncher.exe first and that didn't work.
what exactly did u do because i’m back stuck in preparing. Do u have ea play pro?
Just EA Play.First I canceled the download, then right clicked on it in the hidden task bar and exit'd it. Then went to where it was installed(Program Files/Electronic Arts/EA Desktop for me) right clicked on EADesktop.exe and ran as admin. When it loaded up I went to Madden NFL 24 in my library and hit download and it worked.
