Madden 24 EA App stuck on "Preparing"
I can't pre-download madden 24 in EA App, it tells me there is an error and to try again in a few minutes but it still doesn't work

wont download madden 24. keeps preparing and after 10-15 minutes it says error.
Good luck. I have that issue with Sims 4 only. EA will do nothing for you, probably just lost your money. I can't use my expansion packs anymore, and EA doesn't care. All because I can't download the free game from them. Never ever buy anything through EA, they are thieves.
