Madden 24 EA App stuck on "Preparing"
I can't pre-download madden 24 in EA App, it tells me there is an error and to try again in a few minutes but it still doesn't work

It's still stuck on preparing even after those steps.

Community Manager@Lonewolff55 We have escalated it up to the team as there are a few other threads with players running into the same thing so they are taking a look.
when I got in touch with EA chat last night, asking for a copy of the game as compensation they said I was the first person who had reported this issue, which makes no sense since plenty others are having this same issue and others.
