Madden 24 EA App stuck on "Preparing"
I can't pre-download madden 24 in EA App, it tells me there is an error and to try again in a few minutes but it still doesn't work

Community Manager@Lonewolff55 Appreciate it. Can you pause the download, go into the settings, change the download speed to match 20MBs and then run the app recovery? I want to see if it kicks the download into action.
I have an issue where my download won't go past preparing. I have followed the steps you listed, and they don't work. Please help

- @EA_Shepard I'm stuck in the same spot and I'm not able to download the game it errors out on Processing and nothing happens beyond that. Tried uninstalling EA app and reinstalling. Adjusted UAC and nothing changes.

Same here. Let me guess, still working on the issue. That's what 6 different "EA Help" employees said to me.

This sucks. It's been days, and I still can't download it. I have lost the whole pre-play experience. Someone needs to fix this.
