Madden 24 EA App stuck on "Preparing"
I can't pre-download madden 24 in EA App, it tells me there is an error and to try again in a few minutes but it still doesn't work

I found a new fix on reddit that have seemed to fix other people's issues with this.
open up task manager
scroll to ea background services
go to the security tab and click on your profile
goto permissions and select full control and click apply
now restart ea app and see if that fixes your problem
