Madden 24 EA App stuck on "Preparing"

yea brotha idk 😂… Typical ole ea on launch day… I hope it isn’t like this on friday tho because i’m gonna be ready to play by then if it doesn’t work tonight. I appreciate your help boss you’re the man! 

@DQzz-  yeah ea crazy see how AMAZING this new game will be lol same old thing lets hope servers work seen they were down for a while on console

Is anyone using ea play through gamepass ultimate able to start the download?

I feel like that might be the reason it's stuck on preparing for me.

I have tried everything, uninstalling the launcher, clearing the cache both from the app and manually, and basically everything else I could find online. My game does not download and is stuck in a constant state of preparing. I've been looking forward to this game for months and now I can't even download it. Someone told me it was server issues but I got back on to try it again and still the same thing.

This is me. I was able to download on my xbox but I cant on the PC. Very frustrating

I also tried the steps in this video https://youtu.be/OLC-l6BOGts and no luck. This is seriously broken beyond belief.
