Madden 24 EA App stuck on "Preparing"

i havent ☹️ i got mine off xbox game pass so idk how theyd even do a reorder for me

I am having this same issue no fix tried everything 

This is complete bs, been stuck on preparing for 12 hours now. No support from EA either, they haven't even acknowledged the issue.

my assumption is that we cant download until it officially comes out on the 17th because they screwed up or something. no way im buying this game at full price if i end up having to download it on the same day everyone else gets it.

try running ea as administrator and let me know if that works. Because no way i’m paying 10 more$ for this game on ea play pro. So run ea as administrator then try the download. And let me know if it works.

@DQzz-It doesn't, I've tried it a couple times and each comes up with the same result of "preparing." Made sure to restart the app and clear cache before I did it.

I've tried again and again for the past 16 or so hours to try to download Madden 24, but it gets stuck on preparing every time before giving me an error. I tried every solution offered by the guides made by EA, but none of them worked. I wanted to get in contact with EA, but couldn't figure out how. I didn't even purchase the game. This is simply for the 10-hour EA Play trial so I can see if I want to buy the game when it launches.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
