Madden 24 ea help

How do i get in a online chat with ea ? Nothing seems to work. I keep getting the bot chat that tells me the same thing as always .

Madden ea servers not letting me play on online how do I get in contact with someone from ea to play Madden online. It keeps asking for an password reset when I've already logged in too reset it.i help asap
