Madden 24 Franchise can’t join or search any new leagues
Since the update I can’t join or search any new leagues. My 2 current franchises I have no problem’s tho. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and still no fix. Anyone else having the same issue?

Would it be possible to get more information on this?
- Platform:

- Are you getting an error message?
- Is this only happening with Franchise, or are you having similar issues in other modes?
- Have you checked any other Franchise save files to see if those are working?
- Have you downloaded any custom content? If so, can you try deleting it to see if that makes any difference?
- Does this happen to any other account on the device?
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- Is anything else happening?
- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

Madden NFL 24 ONLY problem
Same thing for me! Madden franchise unavailable. It’s a connected online franchise. Just says the unavailable at this time like poster above

Franchise on PC is now working again!!
We have been trying to invite someone into our league that is on the same system as we are and apparently we can invite new people, but they can’t join.. absolutely ridiculous. I thought that the new update they just released might fix it but no. If EA does not resolve this, I am not buying the game next year. This is the second year in a row. They messed up Franchise. Last year we lost our entire league. What kind of * show is this? If this is some weak corporate strategy trying to make me spend thousands of dollars on ultimate team, consider it a fail. Every time you do an update for ultimate team to grab more coins you’re messing up Franchise. Leave Franchise alone I paid for this game for Franchise and I expect all of the areas to work as advertised.
I see this same issue has not been resolved for some time now. The issue is happening with my friend and I. Why has there been a fix yet? We are on PS5.

game still won’t load franchise
ea help is complete garbage, they’ll copy and paste the same thing they sent before and not actually do anything about the game.
They have no shame sending the same email response acting like they work.* customer service they’ll answer you a whole day later with the same robot response.
it’s not the console it’s the game that isn’t working correctly “you should do trouble shooting, you should have your console hardwired”

Are you getting an error message? I’m being left on the please wait screen for and nothing loads when going to the accept/decline tab.
Is this only happening with Franchise, or are you having similar issues in other modes? It’s happening on franchise I don’t see the invites and I can’t play online.
Have you checked any other Franchise save files to see if those are working? None of the following are working; online/offline Franchise mode.
Have you downloaded any custom content? If so, can you try deleting it to see if that makes any difference? N/A can’t accept franchise invites.
Does this happen to any other account on the device? Nope just happens to this device and this account.
What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot) Wired directly next to the console.
Is anything else happening? No notifications appearing when multiple friends invite me to a franchise.
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: I’ve tried every step “ea customer experience” has sent me via email; soft/hard reset, cleared my cache, uninstalled and re installed, made a new ea account etc.
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
