Madden 24 Franchise can’t join or search any new leagues
Since the update I can’t join or search any new leagues. My 2 current franchises I have no problem’s tho. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and still no fix. Anyone else having the same issue?

Would it be possible to get more information on this?
- Platform:
- PSN ID/Gamertag:
- Are you getting an error message?
- Is this only happening with Franchise, or are you having similar issues in other modes?
- Have you checked any other Franchise save files to see if those are working?
- Have you downloaded any custom content? If so, can you try deleting it to see if that makes any difference?
- Does this happen to any other account on the device?
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- Is anything else happening?
- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

Are you getting an error message? I’m being left on the please wait screen for and nothing loads when going to the accept/decline tab.
Is this only happening with Franchise, or are you having similar issues in other modes? It’s happening on franchise I don’t see the invites and I can’t play online.
Have you checked any other Franchise save files to see if those are working? None of the following are working; online/offline Franchise mode.
Have you downloaded any custom content? If so, can you try deleting it to see if that makes any difference? N/A can’t accept franchise invites.
Does this happen to any other account on the device? Nope just happens to this device and this account.
What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot) Wired directly next to the console.
Is anything else happening? No notifications appearing when multiple friends invite me to a franchise.
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: I’ve tried every step “ea customer experience” has sent me via email; soft/hard reset, cleared my cache, uninstalled and re installed, made a new ea account etc.
