I knew that pre-ordering this Madden on PC was going to be a bad decision. The system I have is well within the recommended range and even with this. The game will freeze randomly and I'll have to force close it. I've basically threw the setting on potato quality and it still freezes.

Community ManagerWhen you have a moment can you try adjusting in-game settings and setting an FPS cap?
If this continues can we also try the following?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game

I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked I’ve clean booted all my stuffs up to date deleteing and downloading nothing seams to work I try to load a game and at best I choose a kickoff and my game freezes and I have to force close it just sad and annoying that I can’t play the game I payed for
I know it's frustrating but keep logging your issues. Prior releases had issue but eventually with your submissions things were fixed. It's only first week.
