Madden 24 Freezing on PC

I've been trying for days to get a "play now" match to work against the cpu, but every time the stadium begins to load it freezes.

    CPU: Intel I5 7600k

    RAM: 16GB

    GPU: Nvidia GTX 3060g 

     Hard Drive: 500g SSD
