Every single time I try to play a game, the loading screen freezes and I have to exit out of the game to load it up again. I've had this game for 2 days and I haven't played a single snap because the game doesn't launch. I have all the latest updates and have done everything that is recommended. I've seen many other users with the same issue that haven't been able to play the game yet but EA has said nothing about the bug. Are we going to get any help on this please? This is very frustrating.
