Thanks for taking the time to let us know what you are running into with Madden 24 on PC.
For anyone still seeing freezing, would it be possible to get the following information?
Client:
Online ID:
Region:
Are you getting an error message?
Which mode or screen does this happen in?
Is anything else happening?
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:

If on PC, please share a DxDiag and EA Error ID...

@EA_Illium I dont know what you mean by client, online ID and region.
Im in north America specifically the Northeast.
There is no error message for me it is just a straight up freeze sometimes at the loading screen when going into a game sometimes in the game.
The mouse still moves but the screen is froze and I have to crtl +Alt +del to open task manager and close the program.
I have tried all the steps you have outline and optimized my computer to the max to try and push more resources to this program without much of a difference.
I can attest to the fact that adjusting the graphics settings does nothing. I can play it on ultra and I can play on lowest settings, and it reacts the same way. Gameplay is slow and laggy and eventually freezes at some random point.
