Thanks for taking the time to let us know what you are running into with Madden 24 on PC.
For anyone still seeing freezing, would it be possible to get the following information?

Are you getting an error message?
Which mode or screen does this happen in?
Is anything else happening?
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:

If on PC, please share a DxDiag and EA Error ID...

Which mode or screen does this happen in: Any mode, generally when loading into a game, but also randomly in menus.
Is anything else happening: Screen freezes, audio stops, process is still running, but I have to kill it through task manager.
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
- Settings changes
- Clean boot
- Repair
- Manual install of Anti Cheat
- Start with audio muted
- Everything that has been recommended.
