I wouldn’t say anything if they increased their minimum specs to run this game, but they haven’t. This is straight fraud.
my pc is within the recommended specs to run this game but still fails to do so…

We're working on gathering more info so we can look into the performance issues you've been reporting. If you're able to provide the info we've requested that would be really helpful.
That said, we'd really appreciate it if we could keep this thread on topic. Arguments, tangents, and attacks on each other or the devs aren't helpful. If it keeps happening we may have to lock this thread, but I'd rather not do that so we can work together to get this figured out.
If you're able to help us out by sharing the info we asked for, that would be excellent. We'll continue gathering it and passing it along.

- @EA_Kent Appreciate the heads up. More transparency would def resolve most of the complaints. Just have felt left in the dark since release.
I too have been experiencing these issues, have tried everything including going into my systems bios but to no avail. Stuttering, freezing, lag and crashing after freezing. CPU is being used close to 100% whilst the GPU is being used close to like 10% or less. So it is an optimization issue clearly. Below is my dxdiag, hopefully that helps.

So yeah. It won't even let me play in franchise mode against bots on the lowest settings. It will let me create my character and go through all the trouble, and then it will act like it's loading into the career. There's even the game music playing and everything. It's just constantly stuck on a blank screen. I have to force close it and even though it saved my player, It wont let me play in franchise mode with it. I'll click "continue franchise" and it will just glitch and go back to the main franchise page. My pc is well within the perimeters for this game.
Just need a clarification or an update on the issue you’re obviously having issues can we at least get clarification that you guys are a problem and will look into it . Thanks
different day same problem man yall have ti figure out this freezing on pc stuff or yall are about refund a ton of people bro for real this is ridiculous
