Community ManagerHey all, if a game issue then it would affect lots of people. That it is not points to a console issue. I had the issue with a single game, Xbox took my console back and I got a new one and never has the issue again.
The best thing to do is to look through Xbox support troubleshooting and try the suggestions.

This is definitely a game issue it is effecting thousands of people I can play any other games for hours and no crash Madden is trash has been for years I don't even know why I waste my money on it every year
