would it be possible to get a DxDiag file?
Also, can we try the following when you have a moment?
- Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

intel(r) core(tm) i5-4590s cpu @ 3.00ghz 3.00 ghz. 16gb ram. video gtx 1050 ti... i know its not super comp but its more than games minimum requirments and i cant run on lowest grapics(( m.b its windows 11 problem? i try everything reinstal the game, set all setings on maximum performance, set madden on high priority and bunch more things to play at list one game.. in menu everything fine i can set squads settings everything but when i start the game game is freezing((
last time game freezed in game menu ( its something new ) and when i try to launch, its saying that game is required update, go to game hub.. but thare is no avilable update, i cant see it.. m.b i can somehow update it manully? i can write a ticket and when i did nobady answers... game comunitty are helping me and EA dont care... its big company, why you dont care about your costumers?! guyes told me that problem can be in EA ap is up to date, but im playing fifa24 and its runing perfectly fine... ty for your time but overall your company treating people so disrispectfull
my cpu is going wilde 100% what can i do? 70$ game can i play at list on low graphics?
many people writing same problem year ego, how did thay fix that? some way to make the game playeble?
