Madden 24 Getting message "Your previous game is still being processed"

I am playing madden 24 and on Friday I was playing house rules no problem - I believe I quit the game mid game and now 5 days later it still says ea servers is processing my game and I can’t play. Been saying that for 5 days. How do I fix so I can play house rules on madden 24 ultimate team. I am on Xbox one s (the little white one)
