Crashing on Xbox Series X

Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you are running into with Madden 24 on Xbox. 

If you have not yet, can we try the following steps?

• Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
• Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
• Check for updates 
• Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Open you're Xbox NAT Type
• Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
• Persistent Storage 
• Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray 
• Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage 
• Alternate Mac: 
• Go to settings > Select General  > Then Network settings 
• Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear 
• Select restart

None of these solutions worked. Madden NFL 24 is the ONLY game this is happening with, I'm beyond frustrated with this, I just want to play the damn game that I paid $80 for! 😡

• Gamertag:
• Which modes does this happen in?
• Does this happen when loading into a specific more or performing an action in a mode?
• Does this happen to any other account on the device?
• How long are you playing until this happens?
• Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?
• What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
• Are you a part of the Xbox Insiders program (where you get early Xbox builds)? 

We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

It’s only when I play madden

• Which modes does this happen in?
  Every mode. Every time I have played Madden 24 (This issue also occurred in the previous 2 titles, 22 and 23) it crashed. Franchise, Superstar, MUT. I have yet to be able to complete a full online game as it crashed every time. 
• Does this happen when loading into a specific more or performing an action in a mode?Occurs in any active game. Franchise, MUT challenges, Skill Challenges, Online gaming, etc.
• Does this happen to any other account on the device?No. This only happens in Madden. No other games crash on my system.

• How long are you playing until this happens?Sometimes I am able to get through 2 or 3 challenges in MUT before it occurs. Sometimes one franchise game and then the next game freezes. Maybe 30 minutes to an hour before the first crash.

• Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?Internal Storage

• What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)Wired Ethernet.

• Are you a part of the Xbox Insiders program (where you get early Xbox builds)? Unknown
