Madden 24 is (still) Lagging

I bought Madden 24 when it first came out back in August, and I knew there were issues with lag, but from what I had seen and from what I understood, I thought the lag would be fixed within a few weeks.

I don't know about other people on PC, but Madden is still very laggy for me, in offline and online. I've checked multiple times to make sure I meet the requirements, and I significantly surpass them. I've messed around with the settings so many times, yet nothing has worked.

I was just simply wondering, is anyone else on PC still experiencing regular lag, and if there is anyone who has fixed it, could you tell me what settings you used?
