I am the only person using this PC, so I am on admin account.
My previous message said this "The network is not the issue because I have already tried playing on wireless, ethernet and used my phone to switch connection but the issue still popped up so it doesn't come from my network."
So I already tried using a different network.
It's becoming really annoying that EA can't get things right and try to pin that on users account or network when you can see I have already tried another network

To confirm I had recommend trying that in case there was an issue with the windows account being used, in the past we have seen this help with players on a PC.
However, if that did not help us I am more then happy to pass feedback along to the team!
