Madden 24 MUT lost progress

Lost all my madden 24 mut progress need to talk to an adviser for help.

I am having the exact same issue and going through EA help is getting ridiculous at this point. They just copy and paste information that you can find on your own from their website. This seemed to happen after the most recent update.
