Make sure your display is connected to the GPU and not the motherboard video output.

Check your settings via the GPU control panel too, you can explicitly specify that the GPU be used on a game by game basis.

@EA_Barry hey there thanks for responding. However my connection is already to the GPU and those settings are set as well. I noticed many others also facing similar issues. Will there be a patch at some point to fix this? I’ve purchased the game early and haven’t been able to play it yet because of this and nobody has given me a solution yet.

@tonys526 Same issue here. I considered upgrading parts but realized this occurs almost every year with madden. Not to mention I play AAA games with no issues
