I'm having the same exact issue and I've seen many other posts on here and Reddit stating the same. We really need a fix to this asap - spending $70 on a game to not utilize the GPU is absurd.

I've ensured that the graphic settings are specifically set to use the GPU and had no difference, still 0 to 1% usage while the CPU is 80%+.
