Madden 24 PC controller not working (works with all other games)

Basically the title. Is there a way to fix this that I'm unaware of? The controller works with every game I own, including previous iterations of Madden, so it's definitely a M24 issue.

@691db6163c36bfcb I’ve not had any luck whatsoever with this, I got refund from steam without 15 minutes.
