Madden 24 Pre-order rewards missing

Has anyone's pre-order rewards been mising? Im in Ps5 and mine are missing as of Monday, August 14, 8:00 west coast time

    Marking as solution just for visibility. We're still working on fixing the issues with missing pre-order bonuses on some platforms. 

    Hey everyone, 

    I just wanted to clear up a couple things here real quick!

    Game progress doesn't transfer between the PS4 and PS5 versions of the game. Your progress, items, currency, etc. is unique to each platform, so what you spend or earn on PS4 doesn't carry over to PS5 (or vice versa). For more info on this check out the FAQ on our Dual Entitlement article for Madden NFL 24. 

    That said, you are supposed to get your pre-order bonuses on both platforms. We're actually working on fixing an issue that's preventing the bonuses from showing up on both PS4 and PS5 like they should. For more info and updates keep an eye out on this thread on the @MaddenNFLDirect Twitter:

    I pre -ordered and my code for the dual entitlement and the Ultimate team Josh Allen will not work.

    Hey did they ever give you your content I also never received my content or points and I purchased the deluxe version as well

    I never got them at all but I never downloaded the Xbox one version is there some type of glitch where it’s putting the content on the Xbox one version for everyone? I think this is not right ea should give everyone points and extra content for the inconvenience paid 100 dollars for a game and got the standard edition anyways

    So I pre order madden 25 and I didn’t get all of the benefits I didn’t get the 4600 madden points the exp boost for super star and way more so I pre ordered the game right and I didn’t get all the stuff like I said so when I bought it I was pissed off because I didn’t get all the benefits like ea madden please fix it
