Madden 24 Problem connecting to EA Server

I encountered a problem connecting to EA Server while playing Madden 24.

When I was on my Xbox X and in Madden 24, the game would not connect to the Online H2H Server.  There was a message sign in to EA Server.

When I went to EA Account it would not connect either.

I open Profile & System and clicked Sign out.  

I signed back into my Xbox X.

Then when I clicked Online H2H, it connected to the EA Server.

I'm not sure why this happened and solved the problem, but signing out and back in under Profile & system worked.
