Basically title. Any time playing challenges or solo battles or any content in the game, the game crashes kicks me and asks me to report the problem
i’ve tried all remedies I can find, on/off, creating space, deleting the game and reinstalling just for the problem to persist
Started playing Superstar yesterday and all of a sudden my PS5 has been crashing. Just completely shutting off.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the * franchise mode and you’ll see you * idiots. Make a decent have game and we won’t have issues like this. Not even a day 1 patch? Unreal!! We didn’t even get a single gameplay update for chel at all and you can’t even give us decent servers for a brand new madden game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Kicks me out.

None of these solutions worked. Is there anything else at all I could try?
Any solution to the constant freezing or crashing!?!?!? The game is literally unplayable. The game either freezes after the start menu or a few plays into a game. I have followed the "step by step solution" and nothing has worked! I have uninstalled the game 3 times, cleared cache and rebuilt the data base 2 times, and completely reset my console. If they are not going to fix the issue or even communicate that they are working on it I want a damn refund for this broken * game.

Same here, still can't play the game. I am curious, when did you purchase your console? I've been dealing with this issue for a bit now, and it seems like it is pretty common for people who got their console right at launch. Genuinely sad that the people getting screwed over are the ones who actually got and kept their console during all that mess. Seems like the only fix for it is to talk with Sony (or anywhere that can do it) and get a repair underway. I haven't seen anyone that works for any of these companies actually give any info on the issue other than to rebuild, reset, and all that. $500 on the console, $70 for unplayable games, and $240 minimum for the repair. I very much regret being a Sony fan 3 years ago.
