Basically title. Any time playing challenges or solo battles or any content in the game, the game crashes kicks me and asks me to report the problem
i’ve tried all remedies I can find, on/off, creating space, deleting the game and reinstalling just for the problem to persist

Game is not loading anytime I want to go to the field or change a uniform. Everything else works. I have tried all of your "steps" and nothing works. Fix the game or give us our money back.

even installed other games to see if it was my PlayStation and all played fine so feels like I can confirm it’s a madden issue
would love to get a resolution on this, haven’t been able to play any mode in madden for longer then 15 minutes with out a crash
How is this game so broken? Crashes. Superstar mode switches to full team control? Slow loading everywhere. Freezing and crashing. Can’t get online or offline to work properly. Spent $110 on this product. How do I go about getting a refund? This is the worst experience I have had with any game in my life!
Would today's patch possible work on fixing this issue or is there another way to fix it? Done all the troubleshooting steps they have listed.
Same here. How can I ever make it to the playoffs in MUT if I can’t play more than one game before the game crashes. If it crashes every other game, I’ll get to 3 loses every time before I get 5 wins even if I win every time the game doesn’t crash.
I spent Hundreds of dollars at the end of Madden 23 for packs that gave you cards that could be used in sets that earned you rookie cards in madden 23 and a version of the card in madden 24. Probably spent about. $300 to 400 just to complete some of those sets; and while I did receive those cards in madden 24. Because of all the crashing so can’t play and use the cards. That $400 and the $100 spent to preorder the game means I’ve wasted $500 on this game.
I’ve owned all 5 PlayStation systems from the original PlayStation to now having my PS5. This game has already crashed on me more than all other games on all 5 systems combined. And that is not hyperbole or an exaggeration.
You guys need to get your sh!t together or by this time next year you guys will only be the second best football game at EAsports
Thank God NCAA football will be back I bought that one every year until they stopped making it. Always was better than madden
I've literally been playing this game since launch it played fine couple days now I have to unplug my console Everytime I crash it puts me to a black screen I can play every other game fine mlb etc. I've rebuilt my database clear cache and cleaned out dust of my console still does it this might be the last Madden game I buy fix this * it's been out 3 weeks now
It’s been 2 weeks and still no fix?!?! At this point I don’t even care 2k comes out next week. I’ll come back to madden in 6 months when the crap is fixed.
I'm still getting non stop CE-108255-1 while playing only Madden 24 which has been going on since early access.
