Madden 24 says i am offine

I am trying to play madden 24. I keep getting the "We've noticed that your offline. If you'd like to play this game using you EA Account please log in." i have logged in and out multiple times, tried wireless and wired internet connections, restarts, uninstalling apps and games, emptying the cahce but nothing works. please help!
