madden 24 sony tournament

I won the 2 of the $5 madden 24 sony tournaments and havent received my prizes  
technical issues

    Hey everyone, 

    The PS5 Tournaments are operated by PlayStation, so I'm afraid we wouldn't have any visibility into them from our side. If you're running into any trouble with joining a Tournament or claiming your prize, please reach out to PlayStation Support so they can take a look.

@iism3llyi Same here, I won 4 of the $5 tournaments and 1 of the 3+ Tickets Sweeps stakes, and have only received 1 $5 code. It has only been a couple days but it’s weird I got one but not the other 3.

where did you receive one of your codes at A1 like 10 of them and haven’t receive not one $5 dollars code
