Madden 24 Trial expired?

I purchased madden 24 and have been playing since September. I tried to play this morning and it's prompting that my trial expired? I have my reciept. 68.96 September 23 electronic arts inc.

Unable to start on Xbox Game Pass/EA Play
It’s indicating that to access the trial I need to be signed in to my account to access the game when I’m already signed in on my Xbox Ultimate Account.
