Madden 24 trial issues ps5

Hello, I am having an issue downloading the Madden 24 10 hour trial from EA Play. I have been trying to download it for 2 days now and i keep getting the same error message "WS-116-483-3" I download...

    @TrevorHaskell Ok so I’ve finally got my issue resolved. EA were unable to help with the issue. I had to create a ticket/help case with PlayStation and ask them to remove the game/version from my game library and explained the issue and error. It took about a week for them to fix it but hope this helps!

@EA_Illium I've tried these steps and spoke to support with Playstation and they're advising me to seek support with EA. It looks like it's preventing me from accessing the EA play trial as it assumes I already have another edition of the game (which is the previous trial). I have tried deleting the previous trial but can't remove it permanently from my game collection on playstation5. Any ideas on how to get around this?

    Ahh thats the exact same issue. I have tried all the same stuff and nothing has worked. I even redownloaded the old trial and everything. The game wont load it just tells me it can't connect to the servers.

      To confirm do you have EA play on the account your trying to download the trail under (that's getting the error code) or another account on the device?

        @EA_Illium I can confirm I have an EA play account on the account I’m trying to download the trial to. I have successfully been able to download the trials for other games (fifa and pga tour).
