Madden 24 ultimate team freeze

Product: Madden NFL 24
Platform:Xbox Series S
Which console generation do you have? Microsoft Xbox One S
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Fluid vgodz
Date/time issue occurred September 2nd
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Field Pass
Summarize your bug It won’t even let me load in to ultimate team I keep getting error code and when I do load in it’s a blank screen and it’s grey I don’t know how I can show u guys this.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Log into my account and try to go into ultimate team I’ve done it on 3 Xbox’s
What happens when the bug occurs? My screen just goes blank and says saving madden profile on bottom right
What do you expect to see? I can’t even load into ultimate team is dosent show my coins or nothing it’s just a grey screen with 0 training then it goes away

    Marking as solution for visibility. We are looking into the blank screens in MUT.

    Hey everyone, 

    It seems like a couple different issues are being reported here in this thread. 

    If you're running into blank screens when you're trying to get into MUT, we're currently looking into it. In some cases you may be able to back out of the screen by hitting B (Xbox) or Circle (PlayStation) on your controller when the screen comes up. 

    If you're getting a "servers cannot process your request" error when you're trying to enter MUT, we've got a thread where we're collecting more information on that. Please take a look at the post linked below and share your details in the thread:

    Played earlier and finished a challenge then when backing out of the challenge menu I came to a blank screen. Music plays but no buttons work and can't get off this screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game but still takes me to this blank screen as soon as I load into MUT now!

    Close the game out completely. When you get to the PlayStation/Xbox Home Screen, don’t click on the game directly, scroll down to “activities” and open up ultimate team from one of those tabs. Field pass one worked for me but you may have to do it a couple times. Once it opens just scroll around a little and hold circle/b it should take you to the main menu

    Same problem, having to restart the game every time to collect rewards from challenges.

    I’m having the same issue on Xbox, I’m guessing the cause of the bug is completing the 500 touchdowns or 5,000 points milestones because I was doing challenges to get to both, left the challenge to see my touchdown total, was at 497, went back into a challenge, replayed it scoring touchdowns for 15 minutes or so to complete both the touchdown and points milestones for xp and now I cannot log into ultimate team. I get the same gray screen with only the training visible and nothing happens at all.
