Madden 24 will not launch through EA App

None of these suggestions worked. Game simply will not launch. I get stuck on this loading screen every time. I know it’s not a hardware issue. I run battlefield 2042 on high graphics with ease. This is only game I’ve ever had an issue with.
Could you please do me and the others having this same issue a favor and help us with Ultimate Team not loading and getting stuck on a grey screen? There's a post under Madden 24 Ultimate Team technical relating to this issue.
I cant believe I wasted $70 on something I never even got to play. EA really dropped the ball
I tried all of the above and my system meets those requirements. anything else I can try?

I meet all requirements have all updated drivers and windows updates have more then enough storage and mine still goes to a black screen then back to the ea app

I'm still having this problem the same problem i had at game launch on pc are you kidding me. Awful hardware this is the Only game I've EVER had a problem with ever, Its clearly just the EA app itself even origin was better i had no problems then until it switched to the EA app.. Something has to be done, The game doesn't even launch for me, just opens the mini window with the white bar and then closes down and opens the EA app again. been the same problem for months and I've tried everything out there like secure boot and run as admin and turning my anti-virus off to download and plenty more that would take forever to name off, I need some answers
